Thank you for shopping with Pet Minions. This page explains how and when your order will reach you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location and the product. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carriers and customs can cause delays.

Shipping cost

Free shipping applies to orders over $35 USD. For orders below $35, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch. You can also contact us at any time with your order number.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, your products may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, your country may charge customs duties or taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at petminions2026@gmail.com. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived after 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us at petminions2026@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.
